Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.
Platform Description
Table Top Swap facilitates transactions between users. TTS is not a buyer, seller, broker, carrier, insurer, or party to transactions. Users are solely responsible for listings, communications, shipping, and transaction outcomes.
User Responsibilities
Users must accurately describe items, own the items they list, and acknowledge that shipping information may be shared with transaction participants and authorized service providers when necessary to facilitate transactions.
Payments and Shipping
Payments are processed by third parties. Shipping is performed by independent carriers. TTS is not responsible for carrier performance, shipping delays, loss, theft, or damage.
User Reports and Community Enforcement
TTS provides reporting tools for suspected violations, fraud, abusive behavior, and inaccurate listings. TTS may issue warnings, remove listings, restrict privileges, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users. Users acknowledge that reports, messages, communications, listings, reviews, and other content submitted through the platform may be reviewed when necessary to investigate suspected violations, respond to reports, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. TTS is not an arbitrator or guarantor of transactions.
Right to Refuse Service
TTS reserves the right to refuse service, deny account creation, remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason permitted by law.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through platform tools or by contacting support. Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, tax obligations, fraud prevention, dispute records, payment processor requirements, and legitimate business purposes.
Assumption of Risk
Users acknowledge the risks of peer-to-peer marketplaces, including fraud, misrepresentation, condition disputes, shipping issues, and financial loss.
Limitation of Liability
TTS is not liable for user conduct, transaction disputes, misrepresented items, payment disputes, shipping issues, or indirect damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid for the relevant transaction or $50.
Privacy
Users acknowledge that TTS may collect and use platform usage data, device information, analytics information, and operational data as described in the Privacy Policy.
